Hygrade has extensive experience supplying gas scrubbing equipment as a complete, skid mounted package, minimising installation time on site and also ensuring the correct alignment of all the equipment.

Developed mainly for pharmaceutical clients, but applicable to a wide range of industries, the gas scrubber, recirculation pump, pipework, fan ductwork, dosing equipment and instrumentation can all be mounted onto a single skid and delivered to site already assembled.

Skid Packages can be supplied to suit both ATEX and non-ATEX areas. Pre-wiring of instruments and motor drives to skid mounted junction boxes can be provided, with control panels also included on the skid and pre-wired, enabling the completion of a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) prior to delivery.
