Gas Scrubbers suit a wide variety of applications that require mass removal from a gas stream. Our packed tower scrubbers, venturi scrubbers, gas absorption systems and stripper columns are all available in a wide range of thermo plastics and GRP. When required we offer BS4994 standards ensuring the highest quality with optional laminate testing and commissioning. We also can provide all associated ductwork, pipework, dosing systems, controls, instruments and fans necessary to complete the project.

Relining and Refurbishment

Scrubbing equipment is subject to highly corrosive conditions from concentrated chemicals often at elevated temperatures. It is therefore vital to maintain the internals of any scrubbing equipment to avoid failures or more dangerous leaks.

Hygrade provide cost effective relining and refurbishment of scrubbing equipment to ensure a longer life span. Refurbishments range from smaller patch repairs through to complete overhauls replacing internals, dosing systems, pumps and fans.
